歐洲經貿辦事處高哲夫處長於2019年9月上任，為歐盟資深外交官員，來自波蘭。
於2015-2019年8月任歐盟對外事務部「亞洲事務協調會議」主席、波蘭外交部亞太司司長。
高處長也曾派駐中國北京，精通亞洲事務。
高處長擁有波蘭華沙大學國際關係及中國研究學位，通曉波蘭語、英語、法語及中文。
